Refund Policy

1. REFUNDS
Refunds are available to customers within 7 days of product delivery. Please note, not all items will be eligible to receive a refund. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Product(s) must be apart of the eligible list below.
If the listed conditions are not met, Cheveux Luxury reserves the right to refuse a refund.
2. RETURNS
To initiate a return, please contact customer service by e-mail at [email protected]. Cheveux Luxury will NOT pay for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
