Refunds are available to customers within 7 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If the listed conditions are not met, Cheveux Luxury reserves the right to refuse a refund.
Items bought using the Sezzle option:
Sezzle will send refunds to the customer’s account used for the refunded purchase.
Sezzle will notify the shopper of the refund and of the changes to their payment plan.
Any refunds will be accounted for on the next settlement date. Refund amounts will be clearly identified in the settlement information.
We will not refund cash to a customer for orders placed with Sezzle.
Partial Refunds with Sezzle:
Sezzle will automatically update the customer’s payment schedule by reducing the installments or processing a refund back to customer’s account where required.
The refund is applied to the 4th installment first, then the 3rd installment and so on.
Example: If the order value is $200 and the customer has paid 1 installment of $50 then in case of a $60 partial refund Sezzle will cancel the customer's 4th installment of $50, and reduce the 3rd installment to $10.
Full Refunds with Sezzle:
In the case of a full refund, Sezzle will cancel all scheduled payments and refund any completed payments to the bank account initially selected for repayment. Sezzle will not initiate a refund until notified by us.

arrange their own shipping.
